Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one support to residents in daily routines, socialization and overall well-being. You will be a key member of our direct-care team, helping residents live with dignity and companionship across shifts.

Pay starts at $16.75-$19.75/hour with opportunities to earn more based on experience; we offer competitive pay, incentives, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, generous PTO and paid

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
18 years of age or older.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills with careful listening and empathy.
Compassion and patience in all interactions.
Ability to perform the physical tasks required.
Ability to understand and speak English well enough for safe, efficient performance of the job.
