Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document results in the EHR; perform phlebotomy as assigned.
• Support RNs and physicians with exams and treatments as required.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and follow admission/discharge procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors and care teams; participate in interview process for new PCAs.
• Assist with shift scheduling and payroll as designated; ensure proper workload distribution.
