Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS Certification, CMA, EMT certifications preferred.
• Experience in patient care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Documents intake, vitals, and glucose in the EHR.
• Assists with bathing, feeding, and ambulation as needed.
• Supports admissions and discharges and equipment setup.
