Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support RN-directed clinical tasks at North Shore Medical Center. This role involves vital signs, basic exams, patient transport, and direct assistance with patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of healthcare experience, and BLS certification. A NH LNA license is preferred. This onsite role includes standing, lifting, and strong teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare experience 1-2 years required.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• LNA (New Hampshire) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care including vital signs, EKGs, bathing, and feeding.
• Ensure patient rooms are stocked, clean, and ready for care.
• Assist with specimen collection and document findings.
• Move and transfer patients safely and communicate needs to nursing staff.
• Document patient information such as intake/output and glucose results.
