Job summary

Divine Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate in-home health aides to provide care in clients’ homes or assisted living facilities. You will assist with activities of daily living, prepare meals, monitor wellbeing, and offer companionship.

Reliable transportation is required. PCA/HHA/CNA certification is preferred, with experience in home health or senior care settings.

Roles include day and evening shifts, 25–40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and a referral program.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities.

Prepare and serve meals aligned with dietary needs and preferences.
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Safely assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and devices.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to healthcare professionals.

Duties

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare and serve meals that align with dietary restrictions and preferences.
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Safely assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and assistive devices.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals.

Skills

Proficient in cooking and meal preparation, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need.
Knowledgeable in basic nursing principles and practices, ensuring proper care delivery.
Experienced in assisted living or senior care settings, understanding the unique needs of elderly individuals.
