Job summary

Divine Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate in-home health aides to provide care in clients’ homes or assisted living facilities. You will assist with activities of daily living, prepare meals, monitor wellbeing, and offer companionship.

Reliable transportation is required. PCA/HHA/CNA certification is preferred, with experience in home health or senior care settings.

Roles include day and evening shifts, 25–40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Proven ability to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• PCA/HHA/CNA certification preferred; experience in home health or senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare and serve meals aligned with dietary needs and preferences.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Safely assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and devices.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to healthcare professionals.
