Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and monitor clients\' health status, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for clients.
• Assist clients with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, actively listening to clients\' concerns and offering empathy and encouragement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure continuity of care and personalized support for clients.
• Document care provided, including daily activities, observations, and any changes in clients\' condition, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to prevent the spread of illnesses and maintain a safe environment for clients and caregivers.

Qualifications
