Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide in New Jersey to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship under the supervision of a nurse.

Ideal candidates have HHA/PCA training, strong communication, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Reliable transportation is preferred. Background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Certification as HHA or completion of PCA training or willingness to obtain.
• Previous experience in home healthcare is preferred.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to client needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license if required for visits.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
