Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents’ daily living and emotional well‑being in a warm, home‑like environment in Manchester, TN. You’ll work with a caring team to help residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, observing resident condition, documenting care, and promoting dignity and privacy. Full or part-time, 1st shift offered, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus—training available.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe for distress or changes in condition.
• Document resident care and changes accurately, per policy.
• Communicate with nursing staff and caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities to promote well-being and social engagement.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
