Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents in a warm, home-like environment in Martin, TN. This PRN role focuses on ADLs, safety, and resident comfort, with a direct positive impact on daily life.

You’ll work with a supportive team of caregivers and nursing staff to provide dignified, respectful care, documenting changes and communicating needs to the care team. Prior CPR/BLS is a plus—training available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support.
• Monitor resident safety and observe changes in condition.
• Document resident care accurately as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers.
• Engage residents in activities that promote well‑being.
• Maintain resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
