Job summary

Americare Senior Living in Smyrna, TN is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities in a warm, home-like setting. You will play a direct role in residents' comfort, safety, and well-being, working alongside a caring team.

Shifts available on the 1st and 2nd; employment is full or part time with starting pay between $15.50 and $16 per hour. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for growth within a trusted senior living

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition
• Accurately document resident care, activities, and changes as requiredBut present as full tagging.
