Job summary

TekWissen LLC is seeking a PC Technician in Austin, TX for a 12-month onsite temporary assignment. You will partner with engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, and budgeting while coordinating with cross-functional groups to execute program deliverables.

You will also handle hardware ordering, lab management, and ensure timely delivery and proper tracking of boards, CPUs, and lab items, leveraging tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and 1+ years related experience
• Experience in PC or server system design and validation
• OS-based testing tools and environments
• Knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, MS Project
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tracking, scheduling, and status reporting with engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and execution of program deliverables
• Order and track hardware (boards, CPUs, lab items) and monitor delivery schedules
• Manage lab supplies and equipment inventory and upkeep
