TEKsystems is seeking five PC Technicians and a Team Lead for a five-week, on-site assignment in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The team will conduct a workstation and peripheral asset inventory for an Epic deployment, logging every device and connected peripherals in a centralized spreadsheet.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of PC support experience and strong customer service skills, as they will interact with clinicians and stakeholders.

Description

Our client is preparing for an enterprise wide implementation of Epic. Epic has strict hardware and end point requirements.

Our client will need 5 PC technicians and one team lead for 5 weeks (5 days onsite) to do a workstation and peripheral asset inventory. They will be logging every device and the peripherals that are connected to that device on a spreadsheet. We need techs with strong attention to detail, that can follow direction, and present strong customer service skills as they will be around stakeholders.

PC Technicians should have at least a year of experience doing PC support. They should be able to identify IT hardware, asset tag, and document inventory. Someone with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. They will be interacting with the clinicians at the lab and need people to be very professional and prompt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
