TEKsystems is seeking an onsite IT support professional for a 6-month rolling contract at New London Hospital in New London, CT. The role requires strong Windows expertise and excellent customer service to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and staff.

You will deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and printers, troubleshoot end-user issues, and document tasks in Remedy. The position is fully onsite, with a daily pay range of $20.00–$23.00/hr.

this is a 6 month rolling contract role that sits 5x a week in New London, CT. Drug and Medicals are required (flu, varicella, MMR, TDAP)

Job Description

This person will be onsite 5 days a week out of the New London Hospital location serving as a main POC for IT support. This environment is heavy Windows so they need someone well versed in the hardware space already that can hit the ground running. This person will be supporting day to day work, such as builds and deployments on top of cleanup work. Along with this, they will be handling tasks such as rounding, troubleshooting end user issues by working with a WOW (workstation on wheels) and moving around the hospital going from location to location resolving and documenting assigned tasks within the Remedy ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, energetic, and possess a go getter attitude. **Attitude and customer service are very important in this environment as they will need to provide white glove assistance to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and Hospital staff. The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
