Job summary

Worldwide TechServices in the United States is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform desktop and laptop repair, troubleshoot hardware and software, and interact with clients to resolve issues quickly.

You will support service calls within client SLAs, maintain accurate reporting, and travel to customer sites as needed. A technical school cert or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience are typical requirements; valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA for each client.
• Meet established customer service criteria as outlined by guidelines and policies.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client service agreements.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
