Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop repair tasks, troubleshoot issues, and interact with clients to resolve problems promptly. The role involves on-site visits to client locations and possibly supporting desk-side applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, meeting SLA targets, maintaining accurate records, and following all safety and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA
• Meet customer service criteria per guidelines
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow client policies and documents for service delivery
• Manage assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity accurately and promptly
