Job summary

State of New York in Syracuse is seeking a PC Support Technician to install, troubleshoot and repair PC hardware and software. The role covers deployments, moves, migrations, and resolving connectivity issues with clients, printers, servers and hosts.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of PC support and customer service, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Job Summary:

Research and resolve hardware and software problems as necessary. Troubleshoot connectivity problems with client devices, network printers, files servers and host systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience to include PC support and customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
