Job summary

CTG is seeking a Depot Technician in Durham, NC for a 12+ month on-site role. You will diagnose, test, and repair POS and computer hardware, printers, displays, and components, and perform bench repairs and documentation.

Responsibilities include packing/shipping, maintaining quality and safety, and training new staff. Strong English communication and attention to detail are required; some overtime and Saturdays may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of electronics repair or assembly experience required.
• Computer hardware repair experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

CTG is seeking to fill a Depot Technician position for our client.

Location:

Durham, NC

Duration:

12+ months, with possibility for extension

Schedule:

Full-time, onsite position in Durham, NC. Hours may fall between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with typical shifts of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. Rotational Saturdays and occasional overtime may be required. No travel required.

Duties:

• Diagnose, test, and repair POS/computer hardware, printers, displays, system units, and components.
• Perform bench repair, parts replacement, cleaning, diagnostics, and mechanical testing.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and work activity in computer systems.
