Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Dearborn, MI is seeking a PC Renewal Operations Analyst to support the global renewal program. Responsibilities include processing ServiceNow requests, validating assets, and coordinating with vendors to optimize PC deployments.

The role requires ServiceNow and IT asset management knowledge, strong Excel skills, and a data-driven approach to meeting SLA-driven targets. Hybrid onsite with Fridays remote is available.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow knowledge including Operations Management and Hardware Asset Management.
• Understand PC hardware, warranties, asset lifecycle, and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze vendor repair quotes and repair-vs-replacement cost.
• Excellent Excel and Office proficiency.
• Experience with asset/PC renewal cycles and vendor liaison.

Responsibilities

• Process ServiceNow ticket requests to fulfill computer requests.
• Resolve customer issues and drive closure to mitigate escalation risk.
• Identify process improvements to optimize planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors on quotes and delays.
• Validate and reconcile asset data across ServiceNow, CMDB, inventory, and vendor systems.
