Everforth Apex is seeking a PC Renewal Operations Analyst in Dearborn, MI, to manage daily PC renewal operations in cooperation with Ford IT Operations and global MSPs. The role emphasizes ServiceNow ticketing, hardware asset management, and cost analysis to optimize repairs and replacements.

You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements across the renewal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ticket requests and hardware asset management.
• Ability to analyze repair quotes and perform repair-vs-replacement cost analyses.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy mindset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ServiceNow tickets to fulfill PC requests end-to-end.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to mitigate issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Validate warranties and evaluate repair vs. replacement decisions based on cost and lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate asset data across ServiceNow, CMDB, and inventories.
