PC/Network Technician – Long‑term Position (Direct Government Client, Baltimore, MD)

Trigyn has a long-term need for a PC/Network Technician for a direct government client located in Baltimore, MD. This position is fully on‑site.

• Proficient in hardware issues, reimaging computers, and troubleshooting with excellent communication skills and expertise in MS Office products and Active Directory.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot various applications and apply fixes to images prior to deployment.
• Experience with imaging using various tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), SCCM, Symantec Ghost, Clonezilla, or similar.
• Experience with TCP/IP and DHCP services.
• Experience with basic inventory/asset management.
• Ability to move equipment and lift up to 30 pounds when required.

Shift Timings: Sunday – Thursday, either from 7am to 3pm or from 8am to 4pm.
