Job summary

You will work with Windows OS, Office 365, SCCM, Intune and related tools, providing strong documentation and customer service while supporting WAN/LAN infrastructure and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with minimum three years in PC and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in LAN/Network design, configuration, and installation.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and internet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review PC and network system capabilities and schedule repairs.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate help desk activities.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and software library maintenance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on systems and software.
