Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Desktop Support / PC Technician to provide on-site technical support in Casa Grande, AZ, on a contract basis. The role requires supporting production and office systems, desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include imaging, AD management, network troubleshooting, and asset tracking. This entry/mid-level position is fully onsite with a pay range of $23–$25 per hour and benefits eligibility for a temporary role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktop hardware, software, and peripherals in an on-site environment.
• Windows 10/11 experience and Active Directory user management.
• Printer support and basic network troubleshooting.
• Ability to deploy and image hardware.
• Willingness to complete ladder safety training.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments preferred.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10 workstations and production-line computers.
• Support end users with computers, phones, printers, and mobile RF devices.
• Perform break/fix troubleshooting for desktops, printers, network devices, and servers.
• Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts.
• Assist with network troubleshooting including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Re-image and deploy computers as required.
• Support industrial printers and manufacturing-related technology.
• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and e-waste processes.
• Perform additional technical duties as assigned.

Desktop Support / PC Technician

Location: Casa Grande, AZ - ONSITE | Contract | Fully Onsite | $25-$28/hr | Entry/Mid-Level

Position Summary

Provide on-site technical support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring production and office systems remain operational. Support desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and manufacturing hardware while minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Climb ladders up to 20-25 feet to access wireless access points and infrastructure.
• Navigate catwalks and mezzanines while carrying replacement hardware and equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
