Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside in Bellevue, WA, seeks a friendly PBX Telephone Operator to welcome guests and handle high volumes of calls with a professional phone manner.

You will answer calls, respond to property questions, assist with in-room dining orders, and support Front Desk operations to ensure smooth guest experiences. Previous Front Desk or PBX experience preferred.

In this role, you’ll answer incoming hotel calls, respond to questions about the property, and manage a high volume of calls with a pleasant attitude and excellent phone manner. You’ll also support the team by delivering in-room dining orders and assisting the Front Desk as needed.
