• Collaborate with other departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service to all callers and visitors, answering their inquiries and providing information.

Summary

The PBX Telephone Operator is responsible for answering incoming calls and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. This individual will serve as the operator for Hyatt Regency San Francisco, Grand Hyatt San Francisco, and Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. They must work well with handling a high volume of calls and should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to each hotel.

The hourly rate for this position is $31.33.

• Knowledge of PBX phone systems, computer applications, and resort information
• Ability to speak fluent English
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
