AdventHealth is seeking a part-time Night Shift Call Center Associate in Rome, GA. You will handle after-hours calls, maintain logs, and ensure proper routing to departments while upholding a courteous, professional demeanor in a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in high-volume call centers, strong English communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience handling high-volume telephone or customer service.
• Switchboard operations experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities preferred.
• Proficient in English; strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Attention to detail in reading, writing and computer tasks.

Job Description

• Contacts key personnel after hours as needed.
• Maintains an operational call log of all activities, requests, and issues.
• Cultivates accurate knowledge of hospital disaster codes and announces them efficiently according to procedure.
• Projects a positive and helpful demeanor while working with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Other duties as assigned.
• Maintains a courteous and professional manner when answering calls.
• Demonstrates skill and proficiency when executing overhead announcements.
• Forwards calls promptly to proper departments, patient rooms, or staff as necessary.
• Understands and responds to all codes and alarm systems.
• Updates and maintains all on call lists for staff when notified of changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic understanding of numerous computer systems. [Required]
• Must be proficient in the English language. [Required]
• Ability to communicate effectively. [Required]

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Education

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience

• 1+ years' experience handling high-volume telephone or customer service interactions in a fast-paced environment [Required]
• 1+ years' experience in switchboard operations. [Preferred]

Pay Range

$14.44 - $21.66
