Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach, part of Autograph Collection Hotels, seeks a Telephone/PBX Operator who will be the first point of contact for guests and handle all calls with professionalism.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; prior PBX experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous PBX or multi-line phone system experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and handle all calls professionally.
• Prioritize guest needs and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate call logs and coordinate with hotel departments.
• Support other front desk duties as needed.

Overview

We are looking for a Telephone/PBX Operator who is passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred
