Job summary

THOM Thomas Hospitals is seeking a Telecommunication Operator to operate hospital-wide telecom equipment and ensure smooth communication among departments, patients, and physicians.

Qualifications

  • Documents required information in appropriate logs.
  • Utilizes crisis intervention skills when dealing with callers/emergency situations.
