Job summary

You will partner with pharmacy, compliance, operations, data, finance, and vendor management to ensure contractual compliance, manage legal risk, and provide timely guidance across PBM operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Licensed to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Advise on PBM contracts and related legal requirements.
• Provide legally supportable guidance to business partners.
• Support privacy, data governance, and compliance obligations.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
• Translate complex contract terms into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Deliver training on legal, regulatory, and contractual topics.
