Job summary

Saint Leonard Elementary School in Calvert County, Maryland is seeking a PBIS Coach to promote the PBIS framework, review attendance and discipline data, and coordinate PBIS meetings at Saint Leonard Elementary School.

The role reports to the principal and supports data-driven decisions, collaboration with the PBIS County Point of Contact, and ongoing communication with staff, students and families. Internal candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Attend all PBIS meetings in your school.
• Assist the PBIS team in reviewing school data.
• Use the data to make decisions.
• Help the PBIS team to set reasonable goals.
• Reference the PBIS Annual Action Plan to determine that the team is moving toward their goals.
• Complete the following paperwork: Annual Action Plan, Fall and Spring IPI, Recognition Award application (if applicable), TFI, and preparation for the TFI external evaluation.
• Praise and reinforce PBIS team on all their efforts and highlight successes of your school’s PBIS implementation.
• Be available for consultation.
• Publicize, highlight and share the success of your school’s PBIS efforts.
• Attend County PBIS meetings.
