Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years in automotive, aeronautical, heavy-duty truck, or industrial paint processes.
• Knowledge of PBE products and related materials is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Equipment practices during work hours.
• Demonstrate products and run line trials for customers.
• Provide in-shop product training for new and existing accounts.
• Identify root causes of product failures and suggest systemic solutions.
• Support color issue resolution with key accounts.
• Assist sales and installation of new accounts.
• Provide technical reviews of repair processes to improve product use.

Essential Job Duties

• Ensure that proper use of Health, Safety and Equipment practices are adhered to during work hours.
• Perform product demonstration and line trials to prospective and existing customers.
• Perform in-shop product training for new and existing accounts as required.
• Resolution of product failures\\problems. Will identify the systemic cause and provide a system or process solution to eliminate reoccurrence.
• Support resolution of color issues with key accounts.
• Support sales and installation of new accounts.
• Provide technical review of the repair process focused on product-related matters. The objective is to ensure the proper use of the products we sell and to enhance customer output.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED5+ years of related experience in automotive, aeronautical, heavy-duty truck, or industrial paint processes.
• Knowledge of associated and allied PBE products.

Preferred

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

Work is primarily active moving from location to location and sometimes standing, squatting, and working in a shop setting. Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, mobile phone and CRM.Must have a clean driving recordThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
