Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center is seeking a Payroll and Workforce Management Program Manager to oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance. This on-site role partners with HR, IT, and operations to ensure accurate payroll across districts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll/workforce systems and a background in healthcare or regulated environments, with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• This role requires an Associate degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum three years of payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience with integrated payroll and workforce management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Monitor employee timecards, schedules, accruals, and payroll exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Provide user training and support for payroll and scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and operational leaders to ensure accurate payroll processing.
