Heartland Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee biweekly payroll for a large, multi-location workforce at our Forest Hills, PA support center.

This role ensures compliance with FLSA, wage-and-hour laws, and state-specific regulations while partnering with HR, Operations, and Accounting to maintain data integrity and regulatory reporting. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Experience with Paycom strongly preferred.
• HR experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and wage-and-hour laws.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Process biweekly payroll for multi-location workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Track garnishments, 401(k) deferrals, and other withholdings.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and safeguard employee data.
