Job summary

Citi seeks a Transformation Lead Analyst to drive payroll-focused initiatives, gather requirements, and coordinate across business and technology teams. You will manage projects through the SDLC, participate in Agile ceremonies, and deliver BRDs, FRDs, and test plans.

You will create executive dashboards, report on risks and timelines, and help automate processes using Microsoft tools and AI capabilities. A strong communicator with solid documentation skills and payroll domain exposure will

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Experience managing projects through SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Payroll domain knowledge or payroll transformation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and business cases.
• Coordinate between business users, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage projects from initiation to post-production support.
• Drive requirements through all phases of the SDLC.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and backlog activities.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, and production deployment.
• Track risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports.
• Support payroll transformation initiatives.
