PTS Advance is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Timekeeping Coordinator to manage end-to-end timekeeping processes and support multi-system payroll reconciliations. You will investigate discrepancies and reconcile data between platforms to ensure accurate, timely processing for client and contractor accounts.

The role involves monitoring contractor timesheets in Replicon, supporting payroll in ADP Workforce Now, and performing data cleanups with Excel-based reconciliations to maintain 100%

Competenze

• 2+ years in payroll, timekeeping, accounting, or billing.
• Staffing or multi-state experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Replicon preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS.

Mansioni

• Monitor, review, and reconcile contractor timesheets in Replicon; apply OT/DT rules and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly/biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now; research and correct variances across regular, OT, and PTO hours pre- and post-payroll.
• Perform data cleanup, audit cross-system reports, and build Excel-based reconciliations for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies with internal teams and clients; ensure timely processing for client and contractor accounts.
