Job summary

RTX is seeking a Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) professional to ensure timecards are accurate and compliant with RTX policies and labor laws. The role involves handling ServiceNow tickets, data entry, calculations, and process improvement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, maintain task documentation, and analyze financial information for reports. A strong background in payroll/timekeeping and related systems is preferred, with flexible

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience working in Microsoft Word and Excel, including creating and editing documents, formatting, data entry, and using formulas and functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by researching, documenting, and resolving inquiries within established service-level expectations and accuracy standards
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to interpret and apply applicable guidelines and policies to assigned work
• Maintain process documentation for assigned tasks
• Compile and analyze financial information for reports and metrics
• Review completed work for accuracy and identify and correct errors in accordance with established procedures
• Perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support the labor process
• Apply applicable labor policies and Federal and State wage and hour laws to assigned responsibilities
• Apply applicable Federal and State leave of absence requirements to timecard processing in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Calculate and process employee termination final pay
• Ability to work flexible schedule, possibly outside normal business hours
