Job summary

RTX is seeking a Time & Labor Management specialist to join its Enterprise Services team in a hybrid role based near Greenville, TX. The position focuses on ensuring timecards compliance with policies and labor laws, handling ServiceNow tickets, research, calculations and data entry to support labor processes.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, maintain task documentation and analyze financial information for reports. Flexibility to work outside normal hours is also required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience working in Microsoft Word and Excel, including creating and editing documents, formatting, data entry, and using formulas and functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by researching, documenting, and resolving inquiries within established service-level expectations and accuracy standards
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to interpret and apply applicable guidelines and policies to assigned work
• Maintain process documentation for assigned tasks
• Compile and analyze financial information for reports and metrics
• Review completed work for accuracy and identify and correct errors in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support the labor process
• Apply applicable labor policies and Federal and State wage and hour laws to assigned responsibilities.
• Apply applicable Federal and State leave of absence requirements to timecard processing in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Calculate and process employee termination final pay
• Ability to work flexible schedule, possibly outside normal business hours
