• Set up new employee payroll accounts in the system and assist employees with payroll self-service.
• Calculate pay information, adjustments, garnishments, and retroactive payments; post to the payroll system.
• Reconcile monthly billings, file tax reports, and manage deductions for benefits and retirement.
• Assist senior staff with payroll coordination and communicate changes to employees.
