Qualifications

• Two years of payroll and personnel experience.

Responsibilities

• Process university payroll transactions including appointments, status changes, sabbaticals, pay increases, separations, settlement pay, docks, and retirements.
• Review PPTs for accuracy in PIMS and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze Time and Labor in PeopleSoft; calculate overtime pay.
• Audit and certify payroll for state and auxiliary employees.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and generate ad hoc reports.
