Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of confidential payroll and personnel transactions.
• Handle promotions, demotions, appointments, leaves, reclassifications, retirements, and separations.
• Calculate and process complex pay types across multiple pay plans.
• Support inquiries across collective bargaining units and applicable laws.
• Update HRIS and payroll databases with transactions and leaves.
