You will interpret laws, rules, regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and CSU/State guidelines while applying them to complex situations.

Formación

• Minimum two years of payroll experience.
• Ability to interpret policies, laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Accurate data entry, auditing, and mathematical calculations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process confidential payroll and personnel transactions for assigned units.
• Apply applicable laws, regulations, and bargaining agreements.
• Analyze information to resolve payroll issues and determine actions.
• Prepare and review payroll documents; identify and correct errors.
• Generate reports and audit CHRS/Absence Management data.
• Provide guidance and training to payroll users.
