Qualifications

• Minimum of four years multi-state payroll tax experience.
• Minimum of two years of Supervisor or Manager experience.
• Hands-on tax return processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state, federal, state and local wage laws.
• CPP or FPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax strategy development and oversee tax reporting.
• Review and file federal, state, and local tax returns and extensions.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and staff.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with executives on minimizing tax liabilities.
• Maintain payroll tax system and records.
