Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ seeks a Sr Payroll Tax Specialist to bridge new division partners with internal tax teams. You will gather information, analyze payroll tax data, and facilitate integrating with our systems, ensuring timely liability payments and returns.

The role emphasizes project leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with payroll and tax colleagues. Previous multi-state payroll tax experience and CPP/FPC considerations preferred; MasterTax/Prism

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-state payroll tax experience
• 1+ year senior/lead/supervisor experience required
• PEO or related industry experience preferred; hands-on tax return processing experience required
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, federal, state and local wage laws
• MasterTax and Prism/HRP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support payroll tax projects to improve processes
• Track status, maintain project plans, and report project health
• Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects
• Optimize and improve processes and overall approach as needed
• Collaborate with divisions and tax/payroll systems
