Allegis Group in Hanover, Maryland is seeking a Business Process Analyst to maintain and reconcile PeopleSoft payroll, payroll tax and related systems, including Equifax, ESF and Master Tax. This role liaises with business partners to document current processes, analyze performance, and design future state processes that optimize value.

Responsibilities include weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, creating queries, and testing new or changed functionality, administering U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of business analysis experience including requirements, testing, and implementation.
• PeopleSoft version 9.0 or greater with Payroll administration.
• Advanced MS Excel experience.

Responsabilités

• Test and resolve production issues with PeopleSoft end-users and IS.
• Provide guidance, training and troubleshooting to Opcos as needed.
• Analyze and improve current processes to leverage the system effectively.
• Document and maintain system procedures, updates and tax changes.
• Create standard and complex queries.
• Maintain PeopleSoft tables for NA, EMEA, and APAC payrolls.
• Coordinate with IS and business users on development and testing.
• Assist with year-end payroll processes and training materials.
