What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects to implement configuration changes in the time and attendance system, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws
- Maintain and configure the time and attendance system to ensure accurate employee data and a smooth user experience
- Conduct regular audits of employee data related to PTO accrual rules and other time-related matters
- Collaborate with the payroll team to process bi-weekly payrolls, including auditing and troubleshooting payroll data
- Provide training and support to Payroll Specialists and assist with payroll tax adjustments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HRIS Time and Attendance system configuration and payroll processing
- Experience with multiple states in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- Experience with UKG Pro / UTA / WFM systems
- 1 year of experience working on multiple projects
- New time and attendance system implementation experience
- Collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude
