Purpose

Provides Operations Support by obtaining facts; analyzing problems; designing solutions; developing testing methods; conducting and documenting tests; providing operating information to customers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Research and improve operations by examining and researching systems problems, obtaining facts, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
• Support operations systems by providing operating information to customers, answering questions, and providing training.
• Contribute to operations analysis and organizational success by handling new requests, assisting others, and developing SOPs and documentation.
• Verify operations systems by developing testing methods, conducting tests, and documenting results.
• Enhance job knowledge through training sessions and reading technical publications.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience (additional 4 years if no degree).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a level 2 or above operational role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Problem recognition, analysis, and resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple demands.

Salary Range: $44,568 - $88,517

Additional Information

The salary range is not adjusted for geographic location and depends on experience, education, and other factors. CareFirst offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentives, and 401k plans.
