Purpose

Provides Operations Support by obtaining facts; analyzing problems; designing solutions; developing testing methods; conducting and documenting tests; providing operating information to customers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Research and improve operations by examining and researching systems problems, obtaining facts, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
• Support operations systems by providing operating information to customers, answering questions, and providing training.
• Contribute to operations analysis and organizational success by handling new requests, helping others, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation.
• Verify operations systems by developing testing methods, conducting tests, and documenting results.
• Enhance job knowledge through training sessions and reading technical publications.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a level 2 or higher operational role.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to analyze and solve problems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $44,568 - $88,517. The range is indicative and may vary based on location, experience, and other factors. CareFirst offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentives, and 401k plans.
