Haynes Inc. is seeking a Payroll Customer Support Analyst (Tier 1) to support DoS payroll operations from Charleston, SC. Candidates must obtain a Secret Clearance or already hold one.

This full-time onsite role offers a starting salary in the mid $50k range plus a robust benefits package. The role involves assisting American employees and retirees with payroll inquiries, utilizing GFACS, GEMS, and ServiceNow, and ensuring timely ticket resolution.

Qualifications

• 1 year of payroll processing or customer service experience.
• Ability to analyze information and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll processing support by phone and email.
• Use GFACS, GEMS, DIS, SharePoint, ServiceNow and other systems to resolve inquiries.
• Follow Payroll Helpdesk QA program and ISO 9001 guidelines for quality control.
• Provide coverage during core business hours and support DoS employees and retirees.
