Job summary

Haynes Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Department of State in Charleston, SC. The role handles additional earnings and remaining deductions, requiring a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

This full-time position offers a starting salary of $50,500–$52,000 plus a generous benefits package. Candidates will join Global Compensation, providing payroll, time and attendance, and entitlement services across domestic and overseas postings.

Qualifications

• Experience with government payroll or compensation programs is preferred.
• Ability to process complex pay actions and deductions for international/local staff.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance or hold one already.

Responsibilities

• Process time and attendance reporting and pay actions for local compensation plans.
• Manage remaining deductions and entitlements; verify accuracy of pay, taxes, benefits and deductions.
• Coordinate with Pay systems IT on automation and data integrity; respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Prepare reports on payroll and compensation activities as required.
