Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Support Representative -- Level I to assist Major Accounts Comprehensive Services Client users. The role involves providing guidance on WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB, and related applications, while researching payroll practices and tax considerations across states and localities.

The successful candidate will engage with ADP service teams and vendors to address complex issues, support data maintenance, and help ensure a unified client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax deposit, filings, principles and wage and hour laws.
• FPC certification and bachelor’s degree preferred are a plus.
• Familiarity with WFN/Portal, PR/HR modules and related ADP tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Client questions regarding WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, and HRB applications.
• Assist Clients with data maintenance and setup in AutoPay Mainframe, WFN, ezLM, HRB, and Portal.
• Perform new feature setup requests (e.g., Group Term Life, HSA, direct deposit calcs).
• Support Payroll processing questions and issues and research inquiries.
